Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with JHOLA.
Each JHOLA piece is handwoven in limited quantities by artisans in India using full-grain leather and traditional weaving techniques. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and production schedules.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For pre-orders, made-to-order pieces, or limited production releases, estimated shipping timelines will be communicated on the product page and/or at checkout. Estimated timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may occasionally offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be communicated on our website.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery timelines after shipment are generally:
- United States: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- carrier delays;
- weather conditions;
- high shipping volumes;
- customs or routing disruptions;
- incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery handling and transit timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at orders@jhola.co and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation where possible.
Cases involving lost shipments are reviewed individually and resolved at our discretion.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@jhola.co and include:
- your order number;
- photos of the package;
- photos of the damaged item(s).
We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
