Made-to-order pieces or limited drops may take 10–14 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $200.
Shipping rates for other U.S. orders are calculated at checkout.
Returns
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at orders@jhola.co with your name, order number, and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return address and next steps.
Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. The item must be shipped back in a protective outer box.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment, as we are unable to process refunds for items lost in transit.
Non-returnable Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at orders@jhola.co within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
We’ll work to make it right.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at orders@jhola.co and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
While we’ll do our best to assist, delivery timelines and shipment handling are the responsibility of the carrier once the order has been dispatched.
We recommend keeping your order confirmation and tracking details for reference. In cases where a package is confirmed lost, we will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return your item and place a new order.
