Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, including any dust bags or accompanying materials. Items must also be shipped back in a protective outer shipping box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@jhola.co. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Please note that returns must be requested and approved before being shipped back. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment, as we are unable to guarantee responsibility for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photos of the item;
  • photos of the packaging;
  • a brief description of the issue.

Failure to report damaged or incorrect items within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • final sale items;
  • custom or made-to-order items;
  • gift cards;
  • promotional items marked as non-returnable.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a separate new order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping timelines and delivery handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at orders@jhola.co and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

Cases involving lost shipments are reviewed individually and resolved at our discretion.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
